The firm targets net IRRs in excess of 12% by making equity and mezzanine debt investments in non-core properties, redevelopments and developments in supply-constrained U.S. markets. Barrow Street has invested in over 40 transactions with total capitalization (equity and debt) in excess of $2 billion, including skilled nursing, active senior housing, manufactured housing, urban infill housing, land, data center, office, retail and industrial projects.
